The
Polyclad 900 series sanitary construction and uncluttered work area
encourages efficiency. A 24 “ diameter label cylinder is vertically
adjustable and never removed for a label change. Label segment plates
on the circumference are removable. This system is very flexible permitting
a variety of containers to be handled in one labeler with a minimum
of change parts. |

most versatile Rollfed labeler provides hinged door access front and
back even the electrical panel is hinged front and top side allowing
total access - a machine design that is truly serviced with ease.
Guarding is provided, but not illustrated(CE standards optional) Infinitely

500 ® series

The Polyclad
500 series offers even more versatility with a 40" diameter cylinder
permitting higher speeds for larger containers. Segmented circumferential
label plates can be arranged in 3,4,6,8, or 10 configurations. All
Polycald labels encompass a variable modular cutter to match respective
configurations. Infinitely speeds 0 – 800 bpm dependant on container
diameter. |

200 ® series

We have
now completed one of the smallest OPP roll-fed labelers in the world,
which is designed for a wide range of containers up to three liters.
Tall unstable bottles are handled well and stabilized by a new quick
change double in feed screw. The labeler also features servo web register
and electronic alignment as well as touch panel controls to make this
solidly constructed stainless steel labeler unique. Infinitely speeds
0 – 225 bpm dependant on container diameter. |
PolyShrink
® System

PolyShrink
® is a custom designed device for shrinking OPP, PVC, or similar
films on to contoured containers. Infinitely variable speed with controlled
container spacing via a worm in feed and integrated temperature control
of hot air through baffled plenums and impingement orifices. This
technique ensures hot air placement at specific areas of the containers.
Polyshrink and Polyclad ® labelers combined offer a perfect aerosol
can application. |
PolyStar
® 300

The PolyStar
® 300 Roll-fed hot melt labeler is a new development based on
already proven PolyClad series of linear roll-fed machines. Suitable
for handling glass, pet bottles or cans requiring paper, film, or
polystyrene labels. The polystar encompasses servo web registration.
Modular cutter that can be "bench set" wireless hot melt
printing. "Posibelt" bottle control Touch panel machine
diagnostics quick change over parts. Infinitely speeds 0 – 300
bpm dependant on container diameter. |
